PASS instructors are elite coaches and players with years of experience and knowledge. Our staff are qualified and excited to pass that experience and knowledge on to you!

- Russian and Switzerland Professional Leagues including the European Cup Championships
- USA University NCAA Final Four National Championship, ECAC and Ivy League Championships and the Canadian University League (CIS)

Carly Haggard – Director and Head Instructor
- 2011 - 2012, Head Coach for the University of Guelph Gryphons in the Canadian University League
- 2009 - 2011, Assistant Coach for the University of Guelph Gryphons
- 2007- 2010, Member of the HC Lugano Hockey Club in Switzerland where she won League MVP for two consecutive seasons
- 2003 - 2007, Top scorer for the Oakville Ice in Canada's National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) for four years
- On ice assistant for the Oakville Junior Hockey Team
- Three year member of the Canadian Under 22 National Team
- 1999 - 2003, Member of Dartmouth College Big Green (New Hampshire) in the NCAA hockey league, captaining the team in her senior year
- Graduated with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology
- Two time finalist for the prestigious Patty Kazmaeir Award, given to the top player in US College Hockey
- Ivy League and ECAC Rookie of the Year (2000), Ivy League and ECAC Player of the Year (2002) and was chosen multiple times for the All American Team
- In 2003 was named the Dartmouth Female Athlete of the Year
- Two sport athlete also playing college softball and avid golfer in the summer
- Attended two Esso National Championships with the New Westminster Lightening Senior AAA women’s team and one with Telus Lightening (2007)
- Attended two BC Winter Games and two Canada Winter Games
- Carly and PASS instructor and former teammate Kate Germain rode their bikes from Sarnia, Ontario to Port Alberni, BC in order to raise funds for the Jalen Day Memorial Fund
Correne Bredin – Director and Head Instructor
- 2008 - 2010, Finished her 2nd season with the Moscow Tornado in the Russian Professional League, capturing the 2009 Russian League Championship and 2010 European Champions Cup
- 2007 - 2008, Played for Strathmore Rockies in the WWHL
- Played for Calgary X-Treme in the Western Women's Hockey League (WWHL) where she helped to capture the 2004 NWHL, 2005 and 2007 WWHL and 2007 National Championships
- Member of Team Canada for the 2001, 2004 and 2005 World Championships
- Named alternate for the 2002 and 2006 Olympic Gold Medal Team
- 1998 - 2003, Attended Dartmouth College where she became the most decorated defensive player in Dartmouth’s history breaking the school record for the most career goals as a defenseman
- Has a Bachelor in Genetics from Dartmouth College as well as a joint Masters degree in Biomedical Technology and Business Administration from the University of Calgary
- 1996 - 1998, Member of the Edmonton Chimos, winning the 1997 National Championship
- Played in multiple Alberta Winter Games and Canada Winter Games
- Played minor hockey years in Warburg, Alberta
- Vancouver Island High Performance Director for BC Hockey
- 2009 - 2010, Manager of the Female Under 18 Vancouver Island Team
- Marketing & Sales Director for the 2009 Under 17 World Hockey Challenge
- Manager of the 2008 Female Vancouver Island High Performance camps
- Manager of the 2008 Female Under 18 Vancouver Island Winter Games Team
- Site Coordinator for Under 16 and Under 18 High Performance camps
- Successful recipient of Bell Canada grant to support female hockey
- Female Hockey Director for the 2004 BC Winter Games
- Committee Chairperson for the Team Canada versus Team Sweden game held in Port Alberni in October 2001 and has the honour of being the first sold out event in the Alberni Valley Multiplex
- First Female Director in Alberni Valley Minor Hockey
Guest Instructors
Kate Germain - Goaltending and Power Skating Specialist
- Current Director of Women's Hockey at Hill Academy, private high school for elite athletes in Ontario
- 2003 - 2007, Played goalie in the NWHL and CWHL for Oakville Ice
- 1999 - 2003, Played at Brown University in the NCAA where she captained the team in her senior year, won the Unsung Hero award and was named First Team All Ivy
- Holds an Bachelor's degree from Brown University and a Masters of Teaching Degree from Griffith University
- Won a Gold Medal at the Canada Winter Games
Jayme Clark - Defense Specialist
- Helped the University of Alberta Panda win their 7th Canadian University Championship Title in 2010
- Attended Esso National Championships with Team BC and BC Winter Games
- 5 time Provicial and one time National Wakeboard Champion
Dominique Dirocco - Forward Specialist
- Played with in College with the Red Deer College Queens before transfering to play at the University of British Columbia with the Thunderbirds
- Assistant coach for the U16 BC Winter Games and 2010 U18 BC Cup and coaches at the BC provincial camp
- Attended BC Winter Games
Lisa Mullan - Scoring Specialist
- In her third season with the Division 1 University of Syracuse Orangeman in the NCAA.
Lisa made the 2010, 1st Team All CHA (College Hockey America) League Team. In the off season she plays varsity lacrosse. In 2010 her team made an appearance at the NCAA Final Four tournament. - 2007-2008, Attended Proctor academy where she was named Team MVP
- Played in the 2005 Under - 18 Canadian Championships and the 2007 Canada Games for BC

Off-Ice Training

The PASS off-ice training program involves hockey specific training centered on improving on-ice performance. Off-ice activities include boot camp, core stability, speed and agility, circuit training and specialty stick handling sessions.
