What our camp offers:
Based on the skill level presented to us, we will cater to the needs of the participants. The basic components we will provide are:

• Two daily on-ice sessions
• Power skating
• Goaltending instruction
• Skills competition
• Scrimmage
• Daily hockey specific off-ice training
• Daily lecture/chalk talks
• Goal setting
• Camp Jersey and T-shirt
• Camp prizes/awards

Group 1 - This program is designed for the aspiring young hockey player. Participants are taught the essential hockey skills of skating, stick handling, shooting and passing.

Group 2 – This training program is designed for hockey players who want to improve and further develop their hockey skills. There will be extensive instruction in puck control, stick handling, passing, shooting and positional play.

Group 3 - This elite program is designed for players playing at a competitive level and has a strong desire to excel at the game of hockey. Drills are high tempo and a total commitment is needed by each athlete.

Participants will be placed according to their age, experience and skill level. Every effort will be made to ensure that participants are placed in the appropriate group based on their present skill level. The participant’s skill level will be reviewed after the first ice session and any adjustments may be made at the sole discretion of the instructor.

Off-Ice Training
The PASS off-ice training program involves hockey specific training centered on improving on-ice performance. Off-ice activities include boot camp, core stability, speed and agility, circuit training and specialty stick handling sessions.

Cost for week long Girl's Day Camp   
$325.00 + HST: Total $364.00 if registered & paid before May 30, 2011
$375.00 + HST: Total $420.00 if registered & paid after May 30, 2011

Camp Schedule

• Camp hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
• The camp start and end times will vary depending on the group you are placed in
• Participants will be emailed their camp schedule approximately two weeks prior to the start of camp
• Camp check in will be on the first day of camp and will be included in the schedule
• Parents/guardians are responsible for checking their child in/out of camp at the beginning and end of each day

*Parksville girls weekend camp (Aug 2-4) is hosted by Parks & Recreation. Camp offerings are not consistent with the Port Alberni location.  To register phone 250-248-3252 or www.rdn.bc.ca.
