This day program is offered to adult women of any skill level. This camp offers skill development in order to facilitate greater enjoyment for the game of hockey. This program emphasizes power skating, shooting, passing, positioning and team play. Individual skill development is a focus and sessions are modified accordingly. There will be 5 hours of on-ice instruction, daily off-ice skill development sessions and a classroom session. All sessions are taught in a relaxed and friendly environment.

This camp includes:

• Two daily on-ice sessions
• Goaltending Instruction
• Daily off-ice skill development session
• Chalk talk session
• Scrimmage
• Video Analysis of your stride and shot
• Camp Jersey & T-shirt

Cost
$150.00 + HST:  Total $168.00 if registered and paid before May 30, 2011
$175.00 + HST:  Total $196.00 if registered and paid after May 30, 2011
